We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates, including:
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

Promotions such as free shipping may apply during special campaigns.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct before placing your order.

Xeno is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.

We will review the case and provide a replacement or solution as soon as possible.

If the courier is unable to deliver due to no response or unavailable recipient, a re-delivery may be arranged and additional charges may apply.
